Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order across India, with no minimum and no thresholds.

Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Once your order ships, we send the tracking link to your email, and to WhatsApp where you’ve shared your number.

Every jar is sealed for purity and cushioned, so its colour and fragrance reach your altar exactly as they left ours.

Returns

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Unopened, sealed jars are returnable within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and purity, opened jars cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

To start a return, write to support@draupadi.co with your order number, or reach us on WhatsApp, and we’ll guide you through it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check. Prepaid orders are refunded to the source, and the amount typically reflects within 5 to 7 working days.
